Hey guys!!!! This is just a brief overview of what we went over at this week's Guild meeting!!! If you have any questions please feel free to message on officer for clarification!

1 )New Peoples
-Hi Destroyu!
-Welcome back Agnoy!

2 ) Xylia!
- New Guild Beater-upper (or administrator, whatever you want to say) Tracking people who aren’t doing what they are supposed to be doing, Watch out!

3 )Raiding:
-Kara PUGs doing well, yay!
-Gruul is now FARM, gratz everyone
- SSC going well currently. Lurker downed!
-We gotta keep moving here->

4 )Raider Expectations
-People coming and leaving early isn’t exceptionally OK anymore.
-Progression is related to EXPERIENCE. We need to be more consistant.
- Right now we are pretty relaxed, however…
- This leads us to the idea of a duel hierarchy. Progression raiders, and casual raiders -> NOTHING IS SET IN STONE YET.

5 )Raider Class System Thoughts
-Hydross, Mag, SSC, etc these are progression raids. Gear/Spots for these raids are going to be priority filled by Progression Raiders.
-Farming raids (Gruul, Kara, etc) Are under control and will be open to all members.
-Speed up our process and give us an idea on who should be held to the highest accountability.
- Xylia’s Proposal basics. Feedback time. Yes/No vote. (These will be posted on the website after this has been done and I will link it here.)
- Officer discretion on lots of these things. DPS charts, Logs, etc.
- Time requirements (Possibly around 70% attendance. Not set in stone yet)

6 )Raid Times:
- Currently officers are thinking of solidifying the raiding schedule. Certain days for certain fights. We will have a forum post dedicated to this on the website for your thoughts/concerns

7 )Your Friends/New People/Recruitements
-If you have any friends/acquaintances that would be interested in running 25 man + instances, we would like to know
-Condition: They are good! Perhaps have seen some of the content we are working on/towards.
- If they raid enough with us and see us as a viable option they will possibly join us in our own guild which just adds to our greatness!

8 ) FUN RAID!
-Kazzak this week! Weeeeee. Need 1 tank, 9 healers, etc. and WICKED DPS. Sign up if you are interested.

9 ) Thoughts on Magtheridon
- Will we be going back? Yes, but we need to be prepared.
- Had problems with coordination, so we will be looking into it!

10 ) Daf is not changing his spec.
- Yes, hes being wicked at DPS, we’ve all heard him blah blah blah about it, but he will be going back to tanking! Don’t fret, pets.

11 ) ZA
- No one really likes ZA because it’s HARD.
- Need heavy hitters to go in there and make a dent in it right now.
- First boss not so bad, but as we keep going through it has been getting definitely harder and harder.
- If want to know if you are good to go? Message Daf and he will let you know what’s up.
- Healers are paying a fortune in there, so if we are going we need to bring “A” game.
- Anyone is welcome to make their own groups at any time. However when we are going with a crack DPS, amazing healer and insane tanking team, please do not feel left out or offended if you are not chosen.

12 ) Bank
-Make sure you familiarize yourselves with the info on the forums about this!
